Welcome to a new edition of the San Diego Participant Observer newsletter. We have a brand new recipe to try! Spanish Gambas al Ajillo is not only easy to make but also absolutely delectable! Our book of the Month is The Last Nomad: Coming of Age in the Somali Desert. We read this book for last month's book club, and it is a fascinating look at life far different than you (or I!) have ever experienced. And our International CD of the Month suggestion is Ar Gouriz Koar by Denez Prigent. Most of the CD are a cappella songs in Breton which are sung in distinctive styles found in Brittany France.
